We know life can get hectic—juggling work, family, and a million other things on your to-do list. Who has time to deal with prepping, tagging, and shipping clothes? That’s where we come in! With our Online Consignment Service, all you need to do is sign up and give us your items. We’ll handle the rest, from listing to shipping and everything in between. Say goodbye to the stress and hello to a convenient, easy way to refresh your wardrobe and earn some cash!

How it works?

Our online consignment service makes it easy for you to turn your pre-loved clothes, shoes, and accessories into cash without any hassle. Simply fill out our form to get started, and you’ll be all set. Once you've signed up, you can either mail your items directly to us or schedule a convenient pickup. From there, we take care of everything—pricing, listing your items across multiple platforms, and handling the shipping. All you have to do is sit back and watch your items find new homes!

As your items sell, you’ll earn 50% of the profits. If anything doesn’t sell right away, you can choose to either retrieve your unsold pieces or keep them listed for more chances to sell. It’s a convenient, flexible way to declutter and make extra money, all while contributing to sustainability by giving your items a second life.

POP UP SELLERS FAQ + GUIDES

  • Consigning with us is easy! Simply register here. Then, gather your gently loved clothing, shoes, and accessories, ensure they meet our quality standards, and drop them off at our designated location during our intake hours. 

  • Yes, there is a consignment fee of $25 for concierge service or $15 for regular registration per seller. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing and promoting your items during the pop-up event. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to maximizing exposure for your items and ensuring a successful consignment experience for all sellers.

  • We accept a wide range of items, including women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories, from mid-range to luxury brands. Items should be in excellent condition with no stains, tears, or excessive wear and tear. Please refer to our guidelines for more details on acceptable items. 

  • We do not accept baby, kids, teenagers, or men's clothing, shoes, or accessories. Additionally, we do not accept jewelry for consignment at this time. Unisex jackets, blazers, and sweatshirts are welcome. 

  • We look for items that are in excellent condition free from stains, tears, or excessive wear. Additionally, we prioritize current styles and brands that resonate with our fashion-forward clientele. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to our team for guidance.   • Yes, we do! We welcome luxury brand items that are in excellent condition and meet our quality standards. From designer clothing to high-end accessories, we're always on the lookout for fashion-forward pieces that will delight our shoppers.

  • Absolutely! We welcome items from a variety of brands, as long as they meet our quality standards and are in demand by our fashion-savvy shoppers.

  • We ask you to please use wire hangers only to maintain the shape of your items and prevent damage during transport and display. For non-clothing items such as accessories or shoes, secure the tags with zip ties. 

  • Yes. You will be able to select your drop-off day and time once you register in our system.

  • Absolutely! On the final day of the event, we're offering an enticing half-day sale. During this time, you can choose specific items to sell at a whopping 50% discount. We highly encourage all sellers to take advantage of this opportunity to boost their sales potential.

  • Pricing is ultimately up to you, but we recommend setting fair and competitive prices based on the brand, condition, and market value of your items. If new with tags, offer a 20-40% discount. For pre-loved items, we suggest 40-75% discount. Our team can offer pricing suggestions if needed.

  • If your items remain unsold at the end of the event, you can simply pick them up during our designated pickup times. Alternatively, you may choose to donate them, so just check the mark “DONATE” in the system, and we will take care of your unsold items.

  • Payment for sold items is typically processed within two week after the conclusion of the event. You'll receive 45-65% of the total sales value of your items depending the type of registration you select.

  • Yes! We provide regular updates on your sales progress throughout the duration of the pop-up event. 

  • Absolutely! Consignors are welcome to shop at the event and enjoy first dibs during our pre-sale event. It's the perfect opportunity to treat yourself to some fabulous finds while supporting fellow consignors.

  • Yes. Sellers must have at least 15 items to consign and no more than 250 items total. We encourage consignors to focus on quality over quantity. For shoes, we are only accepting five pairs per seller per event. Bringing a curated selection of your best pieces will increase your chances of sales success.
